Refund & Returns Policy

At Digital Cellular & Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair business policies. Please read the following Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All original accessories must be included

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase must be presented

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return being refused.

2. Mobile Phones

Due to the nature of mobile devices, the following rules strictly apply:

  • No returns or refunds are allowed once a mobile phone has been activated or a SIM card has been inserted

  • No returns or refunds are allowed if the box seal is opened, even if the device is unused

  • Customers are advised to verify model, specifications, and condition before opening the box

Manufacturing Defects

  • If a manufacturing defect is identified, the device will be repaired first

  • A replacement will be provided only if the defect cannot be repaired

  • Refunds are not provided for manufacturing defects once the box is opened

3. Accessories

Returns for accessories are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong item issued by the company

The accessory must be returned with:

  • Original packaging

  • All included components

  • Proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Compatibility issues after purchase

4. Refund Method & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through a method determined by the company

  • Refund processing may take several working days, depending on the nature of the return and verification process

  • Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the company’s discretion

5. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is handled directly by Digital Cellular & Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd.

  • Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

  • Devices repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties

Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.

6. Inspection & Verification

  • All returned items are subject to inspection and verification

  • The company reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on inspection results

7. Policy Updates & Final Authority

  • The company’s decision regarding refunds and returns shall be final
